Services

I work with adult individuals, both men and women. I, also, offer time-limited groups. My treatment approach is eclectic informed by a variety of treatment modalities including psychodynamic, interpersonal therapy, REBT, CBT, EMDR, eastern philosophy and existential therapy. In counseling there are many opportunities. Some opportunities we can examine are:

  • Changing the way you think about yourself
  • Finding ways to cope with and thrive in stressful situations
  • Interacting with others in ways that make you feel good about yourself
  • Discovering your innate capacities
  • Awakening compassion for yourself and recognizing your basic goodness
  • Resolving the anxious undercurrents of feeling “not good enough”

I help clients with a wide variety of challenges and my specialties include:

Depression: sadness, isolation, hopelessness, lack of motivation, negative self-thoughts, low self-esteem, excessive guilt, irritability, distraction, and mood swings
